We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if you are not completely happy, you must notify us (by email) within 14 days. You must then arrange delivery of the item, so that we receive it within 28 days (of you having received it) for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange - provided that the item is returned in original condition.
To clarify:

To return an item, you must first notify us by email, at sales@therugshoptw.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item.
We must then receive your item within 28 days of the date you received it.
Pack the item securely, and send it to us with the delivery note. It is advisable that you use a trackable delivery service and insure the goods for the full purchase price. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless an error was made on our behalf or the goods arrived damaged. As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund the price paid for that item.

We welcome all of our customers to view any of our rugs within their homes before deciding to purchase them. Customers are welcome to take our rugs home themselves provided they can be returned the following working day. We are also more than happy to arrange a time to bring several rugs to any customer’s home for viewing to help in selecting the perfect rug.
